One thing I love about the online community such as Instagram and Facebook is the wonderful community of people who we can interact with and can share some pretty amazing things!!❤️
I was happy to be approached by a fellow Canadian Annie from Beautycounter to share information about these amazing products. I had never heard of it and I was pleased to learn more about their mission.
At Beautycounter, they are committed to a health and safety standard that goes well beyond what’s required by U.S. and Canadian law: They’ve banned the use of more than 1,500 questionable or harmful chemicals through their Never List—all while ensuring their products perform and that they’re as indulgent as any luxe shampoo, lipstick, or oil in the market.
I encourage you to check this out, it’s quite an eye opener when you see what kind of toxic ingredients go into everyday products we use

I’ve never really paid much attention to what ingredients go into the products I use until I was diagnosed with celiac disease and so gluten is something I have to avoid for the rest of my life. I also am aware that there are a lot of products we use everyday that use harmful products that are not as regulated as you would think. I had the good fortune of trying some of Beautycounter products and I’m very impressed
1. Skintint Foundation
Annie picked the perfect colour for me which is sand. Even my daughter commented that this colour looked more natural than my usual foundation. I have to say that it is really moisturizing and light. It doesn’t feel heavy or greasy at all which is one of my pet peeves. I took some pictures in daylight to show you
Color Intense Lipset
This beautiful set comes in a gorgeous navy blue and gold tin and comes with 5 lovely colours. The formula is smooth and pretty and it tastes with a hint of peppermint which I love. There is nothing worse than lipstick that tastes like crayons. Beautycounter liptints are free of parabens and harmful chemicals
Instant Eye Makeup Remover
I have ever been a fan of makeup removers as I hate how greasy they are but I have to say this one is not greasy or oily at all. I now know that it’s without mineral oil or silicones, it uses the power of coconut and macadamia oils to break down pigments and cornflower extract to soothe delicate skin. Safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. It works well too, one swipe removes lipstick and makeup
I encourage you to check out Beautycounter as I think their products and mission is amazing. Thank-you to Annie for sharing these lovely products with me ❤️
